For Princess Cruises passengers we offer our Remote Beach Trek and Neets Bay Bear Cruise on a scheduled basis and seats may be reserved through its Adventures Ashore Program and on the Princess website as Tours "KTN-023" and "KTN-035". Seats on our Neets Bay Bear Cruise may also be reserved through Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines and Celebrity Cruises as Tour KE-54. Passengers traveling on Carnival, Norwegian or Holland-America cruise lines who arrive in Ketchikan on Mondays and Fridays must contact us directly to arrange tours to Neets Bay.

Persons traveling in groups can charter the "West Rock" for tours at the following rates*:
For custom tours or groups of more than 10 persons the West Rock may be chartered for $399 per hour (maximum 16 persons).
*Prices do not include 6% local sales tax.
To reserve the West Rock for your tour group please send us an e-mail at westrock@kpunet.net or call 907-225-8000. When you write please be sure to let us know what day and ship you will be arriving in Ketchikan on.
Given the short operating season in Alaska, our business depends on advance reservations. To secure your reservation we ask for a deposit equal to 50% of the tour price and the balance 30 days prior to the date of your tour. Payment may be made by Visa or Mastercard. Refunds for cancelled tours will be made on a limited basis. We will immediately refund 100% of the tour price if your tour is cancelled by us due to weather conditions, breakdowns or other reasons within our control. We will also refund 100% of the tour price if you need to cancel for reasons beyond your control such as illness or delays caused by other transportation providers but only if you notify us as soon as possible in the circumstances and provide us with a written request including verification of the reason for the cancellation. This type of refund will be made within 7 days.
